On March 31, if you are not on a supported product version with the latest product update, and you have the payroll application, a message will appear advising that your PR application is not registered and will expire in [xx] days. Additionally, some customers who are on supported product versions with the latest product update are also affected and receiving a similar message when they start Sage 300. Refer to the chart below for supported versions and updates.
When the message appears, click OK. The License Manager dialog box opens – click Close.
- If you are on a supported version and on the latest product update for that version, we are researching the cause for the message. You can continue to use your product as usual.
- If you are not on a supported version or the latest product update for that version, you can continue using payroll, but you must update before your payroll expires on April 30.
